For a business valuation, financial statements, information on assets and liabilities and data on business activity are usually needed. We will define the specific list based on the assignment.
What do the price and deadline depend on?
Mainly on the scope and complexity of the assessment, the quality of the available documentation and the analyses required. We agree the price and deadline once we are familiar with the assignment.
Do I need an expert opinion or an advisory valuation?
