Ing. Anton Hudzík is the managing partner of Aprecia and a senior expert in business valuation, corporate finance and transaction advisory. He graduated in finance, banking and investment from the Faculty of Finance at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.
He has extensive experience in corporate banking and transaction financing. He worked in international financial institutions such as Citibank Slovakia and HSBC Bank Slovensko. Since 2009, alongside his expert witness activities, he has been actively involved in corporate finance advisory.
